Are you betting that it's a higher binned 6300+?

The 4350 has twice the level three cache as the 4300, so 4300 C.P.U.s might be L3 cache and/or module disabled 4350+ C.P.U.s?

yeah , it could also be a 6300 with 2 disabled cored and factory overclocked and with 2 mb of disabled L2 cache. :o
the fx 6350 has a 125W TDP instead of 95W TDP like the fx 6300.

those cpu's are really interesting :o
