Well this is a small town, and some folk simply live at the local bars so to speak. So to cut down on accidents, the town council or w/e made the bars close down on days like New Years Eve, Supper Bowl some Sundays etc.
/e There's 5 bars with in a mile of my apt. and I live out on the edge of suburbia, the sticks edge lol
/ee Gotta remember Pittsburgh is a steel town, a coal mining town...and has pretty much been here since the original 13 colonies ^^
