I finally got Sprint to admit there is a widespread issue with Samsung Galaxy S4's and S3's on the 4.4.2 kitkat update. I've had this phone five months and it hasn't worked a full day since I got it. They've replaced antenna, sim card, and the entire phone. Same problems. I threatened an "executive assistant" with legal action. Told him I'll file small claims court and Sprint won't bother to show. They'll settle for the small amount of money that I want, release me from my contract and that'll be that. But, it'll be his ass for costing them money when it wouldn't have cost them a dime to help me. Since then, they've called me five times to get this resolved. They put me on the phone with Samsung tech support on 3 way calls, and Samsung tech support confirms that 4.4.2 update is a no go for S4's and S3's.

They tried telling me I would have to pay off the phone ($400) to get an upgrade. I told them I don't want an upgrade. I want them to take the phone back and release me from contract. They said no. Now, looks like I'm getting my way.

Fuck you, Sprint. Fuck you so hard.
