I notice on the floor plan there's no bedroom 1, is that an AU thing or are you getting ripped off?

Damn, I guess I'm just used to seeing California housing prices.

Principal Suite



House prices are expensive over here depending on the location as normal, Eastern suburbs are $800-900,000 - Although that's for the rich over here.

Yep you are....in PA a house with a nice piece of land in a good neighborhood, MIGHT cost 200K....an older house in a relatively good neighborhood is like 60K.

When I was building houses in Cali, the cheap ones were 300K and the really nice ones were upwards of 1.5 mill. And that was just in the SF area, I've seen them in a 2-3 mill range and that doesn't even count the really nice BH's houses.
