Also call the shipper and inform them.
After that, those two entities argue it out and decide who will fix the problem.
Most shipping companies these days, will allow you to set up a "delivery response" in the case you are not home.
Like... deliver to so and so neighbor.
Take back to the post office until you pick it up.
Deliver it to a certain spot, like, under the wood pile behind the garage.
