How much is that again 220 or so? If so i'm not that much of a gamer i was thinking about getting a 6950 but i'm kind of on a budget and want to get my desktop build soon. I might go down to a 6870 or so to save money and allocate it elsewhere and upgrade gpu later on.

so get the same build w/o the case...the AMD build is upgradeable to the Bulldozers when they arrive and the Intel build...doesn't really need upgraded for a while lol

...and in both builds, you can add a 2nd 6870 down the road if you want ;)

Yeah, but any word on when FX are out? Of course i'll wait a while but i'm hoping i'm moving in the spring and probably won't upgrade until after then. I might just take advantage of the price drops.

yeah there llots of words...but till they out.....it's just words....the AMD build has an AM3+ motherboard...so when they DO come out...just get CPU and drop it in :)





best of all this build has good case, CPU cooler and case can take up to 10 fans if needed lol

Yeah I picked the parts I want with future upgrading in mind but the build is right around 1K just with the parts. I'm just tired of my laptop and want a decent desktop to get me buy and then use the saved money elsewhere instead of buying great parts now and wasting money.
