but if the tips dont add up to minimum wage then the owner legally has to make up the difference

There was a great ep of 'adam ruins everything' on it. It dates back to the great depression & store owners telling the help they are cutting their wages, go out & get some tips. (Back then it was considered a bribe/Rude to tip)

20 bucks less and 10% more performance. Do you think he's going to notice either of those differences? I wouldn't unless I did benchmarking and spent the 20 bucks on weed. Then smoked the weed while benchmarking.

At minimum wage you have to work like 80 hours a week to have a car and housing.

Not that big of a deal. Also there aren't enough teenagers to fulfill all of the minimum wage jobs. Quit being illogical.
