Does your motherboard have PCI-E 2.0 or 3.0 slots ??

2.0 - It's the Z68 Motherboard.
Integrated Graphics are turned off.

Same as mine...pretty weird....mine was on 2560 x 1600 screen

GPU Boost has an effect, how long was your card over 70/80 Degrees?
You should try running it again.

You should try running it again.
It barely went over 60C ^^

I think in my case...it's Bitdefender Internet Security (paid), there is no way to completely shut it off, save uninstalling it :/ Could also be the new drivers maybe...I'm still on: 326.80

Well I had EVGA Precision set to lock the fan at 65%
/e BD-IS runs three services and I can at best shut off only one of them.
