So I think it may be time for a monitor upgrade. Periodically I hear a slight vibrating buzz coming from my left monitor so yea.

Or it's my chair, one of the two.

Who says I spend on a 1080 and 2 1440 144 monitors.

Maybe by then prices might be a bit more favorable towards performance as well...

/e Then again, maybe not, the way Pascal has been, the ti will prob be stupid priced and oos for months

The 1080 is pretty nice, I'm not sure what the ti will give you but it should be interesting. Probably going to cost 900 though, a lot of these 1080's are like 700+

I cant bring myself to buy any graphics card atm
considering dx12 isnt even close to being used right, first gen of finfet and if there is going to be more, other things like vulkan, async, etc, too

I was okay with the upgrade since I had a 980 ti to exhcange for in store credit.


I couldn't have shelled out another 700 for a graphics card that's for sure, nice increase but I'm only playing on a basic 1440p 60Hz monitor anyways.
