Never heard them but they look well designed and seem to provide quite of lot of bang for buck. You should try googling them and see if any Head-fi posters have discussed them.

Supposedly sounds a bit better, and only 20 bucks more.

In any case I'm not sure, but I think this is the only speaker with air motion transformer tweeter (as apposed to horn tweeter or dome tweeter)  on the sub $100 market... Pretty cool.

Learned the other day that I'm tax exempt for work, so instead of paying my taxes this year I'll just buy a lcd-2 huhuhuhuhue
