How do you clean fiberglass that has moss growing on it and is stained with dirt?

I recently received a bunch of high end antennas that I want to clean up:

I was thinking warm water and soap or something with a scrub brush.

Pressure Washer would make quick work of that.

Rather not get water in them if I don't have to.

If scrubbing doesn't work I'll open them up and pressure wash them. I need to reseal the end caps anyways.
