casein and l glutamine, and BCAAs from what i hear are pretty much meh.

just stick to whey. dont need casein at night time if thats why u are getting it

and the glutamine you get in whey protein powders already. pretty sure u dont really need to specifically supplement it, same with BCAAs. you get BCAAs in whey protein powders also.

Thanks buddy. I was looking into casein for night time. I used to take whey, creatine, casein, and glutamine when I was deployed. Figured more BCAA would help me keep up with my drive. I want to get back into the gym six days a week like I used to but currently I'm sore for days after one good workout. Got too fat with my neck injury. Road that bitch too long.

P.S. Love you noob_whacker.

well thing is. no matter what, with legal supplements, you are going to be sore for first week or two more often than if uve been consistently training for a few months.

so first few weeks back into gym take it slow. id suggest full body workout for 3 days a week, every other day or every 2 days. light full body workout, for 1 week. then id say do moderate full body workout and give 48 hours rest inbetween for 2nd week. then 3rd and 4th week whatever, go to split routine or keep full body routine. by 3rd week u should not be as sore between workouts. of course u may still be sore, but prob much much less so.

i dont really think those supplements will help too much with soreness. i would suggest whey protein 100%. but otherwise the other things are meh, in my opinion. ask HnF about the others, most would probably agree. of course do what you want. but over time your body adapts a bit

Got a free acer aspire notebook 4gb ram, ATI gpu, dual core amd 64. Not a bad little thing to run Linux on.

Reason why it was free was because it wouldn't boot/post. The machine would power on and all the fans will spin up and I could get activity lights on the DVD drive, but no output from the screen.

Turns out with the acer aspire notebooks if your cmos battery goes below 1.5v it simply refuses to boot. Most other laptops/desktops simply give you an error message either in Windows or during POST.

So I got a free laptop for a $1 coin cell battery lol.
