There is a difference between reporting broken laws and regulations and being an disruptive twat.

Because calling cops out on social media is being a disruptive twat. How would you like to get a ticket for breaking the law from a police department breaking the law? That video has 2.2 million views. Sounds to me like this tactic worked. If those cops had unfucked themselves the first time that guy wouldn't be "harassing" them. It's the citizens job to keep its government in check.
