Issue looks to be my power supply. PC turns on for a second then right back off. Tried switching all ram sticks into every slot. Same issue. Rikuo agrees it seems to be the psu.

And JohnMiller92 if you think I give a shit about you reporting me, you have even less of a life than I gave you credit for.
