I know one thing...Win 10 (probably 32 and 64 bit) won't install ... "properly" w/o that setting Enabled.

As I said before...the USB from the store with Win 10 64 could be bad...but until you change that BIOS setting, we won't for sure.

If you don't follow the motherboard manual instructions...any other troubleshooting...is pointless.

When troubleshooting, always start at the lowest point you can. Like where the metal meets the code, and work your way ip from there.
