A national average.. is an average of what all journeyman across the entire country.. set rates.. etc make.. The average is XX

Well in toronto the average for a journeyman plumber is 28$ an hour.. thats the salary of all the journeyman plumbers in ontario added together.. then divided by the number of salaries they used..

Well.. you aren't a journeyman.. and I don't believe any company would pay an uncertified plumber more than the average journeyman pay.. I'm sorry but math and business senses agree with me here.




You posted a payrate.. of a high rise sector.. not detailing what job it was.. or anything.. it is something completely taken out of context and can be anything... fuck that could be the hourly salary of an onsite foreman who is in charge of you for all we know.. because you posted nothing of value.
