Interesting results so far.


Before temps were 71-76-71-70

After is 61-53-53-51 Interesting how core #1 is hotter now, When core #2 was before.

Ofc.

Its really easy to break the die if you go naked, And requires either a shim, Or special mounting shit to make it work properly.

Either way, There's really not much of a difference in temps between naked & delid + remove glue.

I assume either bad spread or curing time .
temps should be more even.

Makes sense, But I gave a nice even coat of Liquid Ultra to the die/IHS. Should be even throughout the Die.


I used AS5 for between the IHS & Water block. Used the same method/amount that i always do.

Might just be that way, though its odd to have an 8 degree spread.

I can see 5 but 8 seems high imo. maybe just redo the as5 and see.
