Newegg customer service sucks and they allow shady companies now just like amazon. Though with Amazon you can see seller ratings and compare prices.

I never had a problem with Newegg customer service...or for that matter Amazon's either.

I did notice that they are staring to go to the off the wall companies too. They're new at it...give them a little time to adjust to a new way, at least for them.
