Pointless invention for those who have strong passwords that are not deducable (important dates, locations and whatnot) who can remember their passwords

For the 90% of people who find creating and remembering passwords that don't involve their name with a 1 on the end, yeah, I guess this could come in handy

I do wonder how much of the pledged money ever ends up getting paid...

what? because having a 45 char password with no words and 14 different symbols in your password is easy to remember? this is a godsend for people who have "strong" passwords.

Sure, if you are trying to protect missle codes.

Most people jsut need a password that isn't practicle to bruteforce, dictionary attack or is on a list of "commonly used" passwords that hackers use to compare passwords to.

Anything important enough to need a 45 character password, honeslty I wouldn't trust this device with. Maybe others would...

i wouldnt trust this device at all. it probably wouldnt be hard to hijack the passwords once the device is mounted and if you had it locally you can most likely just pop the flash chip out of the "secure" case and plug it in anyways.
