Slipped and fell in KC after work while heading to my car. Woke up in the hospital with a concussion, a cracked iPhone, and no wallet. Work's letting me work from home this week. Cancelling all my credit cards and getting new ones shipped out is a shitty process. Not looking forward to that medical bill when it rolls around. Anyone have experience in something like that? My insurance will cover most of it but they did a couple scans that I know are going to cost a pretty penny.

You can talk to the hospital and they'll work with you to find an amount that you're able to pay or go on a payment plan.

Get an MRI. It will give the clearest image regarding damage. Also get evaluated for TBI. Falling unconscious for that long is very dangerous and you may have permanent effects. I've had a number of TBI but I was too stubborn to pass out. Also get you eyes checked. TBI and retinal damage is common. PM me for anything else. I've been knocked in the head or hit my head many times. Too many times. Lol
