Ordered myself a laptop for entertainment during deployment.

Not sure I got a best possible deal - I was looking at Nitro V for so long but decided against it very last minute.

Got a Dell Inspiron 15 7000 with fHD IPS screen, i5 6300HQ, 8GB RAM (will be adding 8 when I get it from mail), GTX960M 4GB, 1TB HDD with 8GB cache (will be replaced by SSD).
Looked solid and similar price range as Nitro V (and similar specs, too). 1029€ total.

If I remember correct, either harddrive or memory (On Nitro V) is a struggle to expand or replace.
I'd say for that price the PC I'd descent, at least for my country.

Oh, yes. That was one thing that made me change my mind - on Acer, I should have opened entire laptop, take out motherboard to add ram/ssd. On Dell, it is 1 screw and whole bottom opens and lets you change/add stuff.

Prices are quite high where I live. PC was out of question because I need to take it with me on deployment. If that is what you mean.

I get tons of compliments on his looks, He's a pretty dog.

Roughly 50lbs now, Fully grown. MIGHT fill out a few more LBS as he ages though.
