It's a side panel what you're looking at and yes it's really 2 rectangles. I just need the smaller one machine out for a smooth/clean finish.

I can infer all the data from your drawing with this one. Example your vertical spacing would be inferred as (16.0-12.0)/2 = 1.75, and your horizontal spacing can be inferred as 9.5-8 = 1.5, behold the glory of symmetrical blueprints.
Although I did use two colors to make things clearer, but in the end less numbers, easier to read when working off a CL. If you wanted you could even add your spacing between rectangles (1.5, 1.75) and it would still look better.
