It's a 6 second video, the camera is pretty stable, its like he really expected it to blow up like that.
Its just highly suspect.

Personally if I witness my pc catching fire I'm not about to turn it back on/

I think he was taking a video of him building it and testing the post. Then again, the camera is at the right angle.
