Sure, you're entitled to your own opinion. Astell & Kern products are definitely overpriced in general.

I don't mind investing what I feel comfortable with for good audio and am happy with my purchase and knowing that should I decide to sell it later I can get at least what I paid if not more for it.

I've got a pair of ciems (Ultimate Ears Reference Monitors) and have a balanced 2.5mm cable on the way so I can try the balanced output. I can hear a definite difference in the sound quality with just the normal 3.5mm line out though compared to my previous daps.

Na. I googled the APN settings. For some reason it worked after I tried different APNs. I get funky service in my apartment but good service around town.
