Bladder cancer. Been in remission 12 years.

@ shaft ask them to do a CT scan first. I just had one done as a check up. Those cystoscopies are a bitch they say it doesn't hurt and then when that camera hits your prostate it's like fire.

They check the prostate for prostate cancer. They usually do that all the time after you're 50 years old.

Blood in urine, painful urination, elevated white blood cells and some more. They check your prostate the same way.

Ask them to sedate you. It helps. I've had a few so I don't need sedation. Pain lasts about an hour. Take some Advil.

That's how mine started. That's why they scope your bladder. Tumors make your bladder feel like they're always full.
Have they drawn blood yet?
