Anyone know if it's possible to enter data into an excel spreadsheet, and then have that spreadsheet input data into other spreadsheets? For instance, I have to keep track of daily/weekly/monthly/yearly stats for grants and each one has their own spreadsheet. I'd like to create one central spreadsheet and put it on my phone so when I'm at the court house or speaking or w/e I can input the numbers into one central spreadsheet without having to load up fifteen different ones. Like, If Spreadsheet A asks me for the # of court advocacy hours provided, I could input it on Spreadsheet B and it would autofill into Spreadsheet A.

So, Spreadsheet B wants data entered in cell B3, it would take that B3 data from Spreadsheet B and input it into cell A8 on Spreadsheet A. This possible to do within Excel?

I used a program called ALICE but another company bought it out and now I need to use ACORN. However, ACORN currently has security issues which would make it unsafe for me to utilize it fully right now. I'd like to wait a year or two and see where the program and company are before I blow big bucks on something that might go out the window like ALICE did.

Technically you can. Just make different pages on the same spreadsheet and make the first page where all the formulas land.
