Dat 585 CCA at -20F is impressive. 300 bucks is one expensive battery though.

No it's not. Look at car audio batteries, which is what that can be used for considering it's an AGM battery.
For 300 thats a pretty solid battery. I bought a XS Power recently, it's a cheaper one not even as powerful as that in some regards, and I spent 180$
XS Power is a good brand, just rambling kinda off topic here lol.

Odyssey was 40 bucks more, pretty much the same thing i guess.

Talked to the battery shop owner for like 20 min, really smart, nice guy.

I spent like 130 on a battery for my mom's car and that was expensive. NN 300 dollars or more.
