That's a 650$ apartment where I live. What's the point of living at your maximum when you could be saving? I lived in Montana when I was making that much. I bought 2 houses... one in ny and one in Montana. Ny is being rented out because it is easy income and it's too far from my school to live in. The mt house I sold. I don't make 180k a year anymore so I live within my means to not blow all the savings I acquired. Currently I make 40k a year as a part-time employee and full time student. My wife makes roughly 50k a year but she just got her new job after graduating a few months ago. Probably in our current spending habits to save a lot of money

I wanna get into hvac, but the waitlist is too long =( I think I still have a year to wait.

Get into another trade HVAC is very limited, good money but very limited options for work.

And yeah, it's in high demand atm in b . c.
But my family friend owns a private school in Langley, and he is hooking me up to be their hvac once I graduate.
Also my gf said her Receptionist at her dentist' husband owns a hvac company and is willing to pay for my schooling and do my Co op during the summers. But first I need to get in the program

My friends think I'm crazy wanting to go back to school to learn something different when I have a city job with gg pay, but hey I rather do sth I really wanna do for next 10+ yrs
