It depends on the company. Such a guy assuming a generic amount to cover a vast number of companies each with unique rule sets. If he is getting 10%, that just means there are others that give 10% as well and hes not that special.

Hell I use to get 20% vacation pay....Use or lose each year... I basically got 2 and a half months off each year paid when I was working before my graduate program.

Yup.. so march_man.. dodged all my posts using the power of math to prove him a liar... and he also wouldn't deliver with a picture of the entire page and information on the high rise sector job he gave us the rates for... which i doubt he does... even if he does my math proved him a liar at even those rates.
