Got it from walmart for like $100 prob 6~ years ago.


My chair made a little nick in the glass a few weeks back, Not sure if that finally gave out.. Or what. Was playing fallout & then BAM everything was on my feet.

When I was considering desktop surfaces back in 2013, I talked to a few glass companies.

For a span of more than 37 inches, they all recommend, 1/2" thick tempered glass. I asked how much that would support...they said 200 lbs. for a 37" span resting on 2x 3 drawer file cabinets.


/e ...and, if you scratch or nick glass...it doesn't take much to shatter it.

but very similar

It most likely was the same desk. They made the single desk out of it too, Only difference between them is the L desk has a corner peice & Two regular glass desks attached to it lol
