Maybe you misread what I meant. I'll toss in some numbers.

So it's 11PM on west coast, which makes it 12AM in Colorado. If you are talking an hour ago in Colorado, aka 11PM, it will be 10PM on the west coast.

I agree with BP on this one....if you say an hour ago..it's an hour ago, if you say like...2:00am, then you need to include time zone

Unless ofc ur traveling at or near the speed of light...then even the term an hour ago...needs further reference :)
