literally if i see shitty driver's they are like 99% woman, either old or middle aged lookin like in their 40's, usually Caucasian or Asian.
only difference is that fuckin asians in Richmond are like FOB's with their fuckin asian license converted to BC and didnt learn the way of driving here,
