Will it be possible for usb 3.0 to replace sata3?

i really doubt that's going to happen, currently usb3 has a throughput of like 5Mbps, sata3 has 6Mbps, but usb3 has a higher overhead, that said i did read that they were going to double the throughput of usb3 to like 10Mbps this year, but still it's not really gonna change much, the problem isn't the speed of the connection it's the speed of the drives that's the limiter here.

They are updating USB3 to 10Gbps. Compatible with current USB3's just driver update/new cables I guess. So possible, yes but unlikely. More likely a new sata revision will come... they've been working on that forever. SATA Express i think? Supposedly 16 Gbps

I don't think it would be practical.

Well, some bad news. I've been hearing that it looks very much like an iOne OEM board and iOne mechanical keyboards tend to generally be lower quality than the others :<

not sure why iOne get's the bad rap it does, they have some low end products, but that's what you get when your source for people like Razer, they have some very nice boards too, just so you know, don't judge those boards until you try em.

I know the boards they make for Maxkeyboard seem to be fine. But the ones they make for others like Razer and Scorpio? aren't great.
