HD600 is amazing headphone, have had mine for couple months now and I love them. Highly recommend them. Allthought it's best if you can go somewhere and listen them with other headphones and see if the sound is best for your ear, as everyone prefers different things. HD600 is neutral headphone and easy to love. I compared a lot of headphones and ended up with HD600 and I'm happy with them. They deserve a good amp tho, they sound pretty good without amp too but you get the best out of them with good amplification.

HD650 is pretty close to HD600 but has a bit colored sound and it makes it sound little bit darker but it has slightly more bass. I myself liked the neutral sound of HD600 more.
