Well, I took my monthly load of laundry down to the laundromat, and left it to be washed and went to Walmart to do my monthly food shopping. Then went back to pick up my laundry and the bathrobe above and my older grungier bathrobe, same material, were both melted in the dryer. Seem the thermostat in the dryer went out.

Laundry lady was all... I can give you the name of the owner etc. I said don't worry about it, being the Xmas season and all.

Anyways, just ordered another of the exact same robe.


Tis the season to be nicely, tra-la-la-la-la, la-la, la-la. :lol:

Update about Walmart: They're refusing to reimburse me for my mileage or time (6 hours time, 240 miles spent driving). Fuck them.

Off topic: I spent a good 5 hours on the phone the other day with IT about my work laptop. A Dell Latitude E7450. It freezes up within 30 seconds of starting up. We reimaged it 3 times. Then they sent me another flash drive. I spent 3 hours on the phone with this poor guy today and now I have the exact same issue again. Side note is we exchanged gamertags so I've got someone new to play Battlefront, etc with. Pretty cool.

She's been washing my monthly load of clothes for 2 months shy of 16 years now...and 'tis the season to be jolly, etc.




/e I DO have a spare never worn, 100% Turkish Cotton, full length (no hoodie though) bathrobe. It's thick and solid (like 1/2 " thick), but it's more for putting on after a shower and not quite as warm as the micro fiber one.
But I'll survive until the other one arrives. :lol:
