Pretty much. She gave me a letter two weeks ago or so saying I had two weeks to get out because she is wanting to renovate or some crap. I'm waiting on my apartment to be cleaned and painted or whatever they do for move-in-ready status.

Depends on the state really, But i believe she'd have to take you to court before she can just throw your shit out. So out of those two options, I'm sure she'll just wait another 4 days.

Yes. I believe it's 30 days to evict someone legally. Not sure how long the process to start is. I don't want en eviction. Just an apartment to be away from everyone. Though the new apartment is right next to a middle/high school so that's bad. Something like can't use "drugs" within a 1000 feet or it's a felony. Still going to spark up my bud.

Actually no. I take care of the house and pay bills, no rent. Been here a year now.
