4-5 days ago I bought a Bic lighter, and got my long nose pliers and pulled the child proof thing off the lighter. It looks sorta like a metal question mark.
Anyways, instead of it staying gripped in the pliers it went flying...somewhere.

So for 4-5 days, I'm living in fear of stepping on the piece of metal with my bare foot. Today I did all my laundry and sure enough, somewhere in my laundry, was that little metal thing.

So now I can relax and not have to dread stepping on it.

I have strange luck, not normal luck. Normal luck would be like winning the lottery or some such. Strange luck is NOT stepping on that piece of metal, because it had landed in a pocket, or hoodie or on/in some piece of clothing.
