OC could be the reason to your issues. Or not. Who knows, you're not the only one in this thread with random problems.

I was reading on LTT that F@H is very OC sensitive and most OCs, unless very stable, can cause WU to fail or drop. Or Stanford kicks back the work units and gives no credit.
