i'm not home so cant remember all that i must do to get things smooth, I usually disable all visual effects

Right click "Computer and choose: Properties > Advanced System Settings > On the Advanced Tab in the Performance section click on: Settings ...and on the Visual Effects Tab choose: Adjust for best performance

There are also settings in Nvidia Control Panel where you can choose between Quality and Performance. Choose: Performance

did both. guess im giving up on this. i feel like im so focused on the problem that i see it even if it may not even be there anymore. my buddy said everything looks alright while i feel like its stuttering.

yet im sure it looks way more natural and "flowing" on my ipad
