do i need to re oc my graphics card too?

naw don't mess with vid card or ram till you get some experience...just overclocking the CPU without melting it...will take some serious reading and learning

no i mean i over clocked my card on my other set up so i was wondering if it would be the same oc or if it might be different

Probably wouldn't make a difference, I mean overclocking now and before.

I agree...just wanted to be clear on that though...becoz pre B3 revision they had trouble getting past like 4.5Ghz

Looks great! Remove that top Hard drive cage, and move the hard drive to the bottom cage, will open up the airflow to the GPU some more...especially since you only have 1 HD right now
