get hooked up on something 7.5 times better morphine for a phew days in a hospital and get prescribed codeine pills ( this is about 10 times weaker then morphine) that will be enough to tolerate my pain for 1 week and they expect me to keep it for about 3-4 weeks.
then run out of codeine and hate yourself because you're out of codeine and the pain isn't gone yet and you can't sleep properly.
get over codeine withdrawal with being moody and pissed off for about 4 days and be pissed that it's too much physical effort to jerk off twice a day after you jerked off 5 times in 4 hours 3 days ago.

tl;dr go sleep if you're tired but don't complain about your life. mine right now is pretty uber shitty since i can't drive yet and i'm not fully recovered from my surgery.
