see post #429 just above. A 6800 series card will in no way compete with a Titan....but it should do better than the CPU. It takes a while for the new PPD to register...wait till your current WU is at about 80% done...then right click it in the Folding Slots window and choose: Finish....when it finishes...then reset the Configure > Expert Tab as I have and let it run for about 15 mins or so...watch your GPU temps as you do this ofc.

Ranges from 104-109k
idk if my doing things, or having 3-4 screens up, lowers its performance

Yeah it does...I noticed the same thing....when I do other stuff on comp while in the advanced mode...it temporarily lowers my PPD.


/e Also check post #414 in advanced mode...it uses...SOME CPU, about 13% whereas in regular mode it used none LOL
