Firefox 13.0 is out

...and there are some internal changes you may not like....they changed the auto scrolling and what "shows" when u click New Tab (which now shows thumbs of recently visited pages)


If you want them "back to normal" just type: about:confiig in your address bar and change things like this:

1. Change: browser.newtab.url ...to: about:blank
...and make sure: browser.newtabpage.enabled ...is set to: true.

2. set: general.smoothScroll.mouseWheel.durationMaxMS and general.smoothScroll.mouseWheel.durationMinMS ...to: 150, and the Lag feeling will be gone.

You can just copy paste these listings, above, in the search bar at the top of the about:config page to find them..

Just did a complete test of Firefox 13.0 and Java 7 update 4 on Win XP 32 bit....both work flawlessy.

you can just click the hide new tab page button in the right top corner of the new tab ^^
