Start time: 11 PM PST on February 8th, or 8 AM CET Feb. 9th
End time: 11 PM PST on February 10th, or 8 am CET Feb. 11th
Mission has a 20 hour cooldown
As noted with the XP boost, GP boosts don't stack.
