the 120mm are 1900rpm and the 230mm fans are 900rpm...I have plenty of connectors both 4 pin molex and 8 pin vid card...to spare

You might want to reconsider that single 4 pin fan controller if you want for more than one cable's power, but 900R.P.M., 230mm and 1900R.P.M., 120mm fans would not consume too much power? I doubt that 3 more of those fans would need more than the supposed 85 watts.

I'm surprised you found a pin-out. I've been looking for a pin-out diagram on my PSU for awhile now. Um yes you can run 7 fans easy off one circuit.
