There's no real "set time" to buy. However, you may notice that right before the huge sales like Black Friday, etc., they prices are usually lower than on the sale day.

Don't waste your money on a 4k monitor. There isn't that much of a difference from 2560x1600 and shit plays better at a lower res.

Edit: Don't get me wrong. 4k TVs look bad as but on monitors, it starts to get so small that you can't really notice a difference. Though 4k would be one hell of a retina display.

Price is about the same on a 1600 vs 4k

Then go 4k. Or just buy three monitors and say fuck everyone. I have five monitors. Yupitsmeh has like 22 monitors.

My thing is I rather get 1 big one then 2 small ones
