i was using Wattman and AIDA, but then i disabled AMD overlay, and i don't launch aida now
i even discovered that there was always launched windows xbox panel which were monitoring my performance too
didnt help
crashes still happens

that is what i am doing now to get much less crashes (only few per day! )
- Do not load any software which would use sensors (AIDA for example)
- Do not alt+tab
- Do not load any programs/browser which could cause notifications (discord/telegram etc)
- Play in full screen mode ONLY (not windows borderless)

I can’t even buy rtx2060super for that amount of money (and all testings says rtx2060super is really weaker then rx5700xt)

You should probably do as others have said. just wait for a while. For new AMD drivers and even Windows updates to catch up.
