Pretty sad that the richest company in the world has to do this to someone. They jave nothing to gain or lose imo except the future business of its customers.at the end of the day this man is making pennies compared to them. In the end it still would benefit them because people would be encouraged to buy more merchandise off them down the road. I like to buy things that last. Apple products are expensive. Fact that you wont even service things that are 5 years old an easily fixable but you deny. Then force people to buy brand new is misleading and imo fraudulent activity.

Pushing out endless updates to force your to upgrade.
Purposely slowing down phones over time.
Always trying to convince the customer to buy a new product over repair.
Putting hardware in devices that have a default life span so it breaks and you have to upgrade.

fyi once a product actually comes out of warranty they dont have to give any support for it
and they are one of the few that actually handles their own rma/warranty/etc shit, who else really does

and mr anderson I dislike apple products by far but these things we see everyday apple just combines them all to make 1 huge profitable business
