Point is the arms worth the money, anyone that has owned a Rode PSA 1 would know that.
The neewer arms are no where as durable nor as long nor do they support the same weight.

The shock mount can be avoided with software to set an ambient noise level.
Pop filter would only be needed if your doing recordings and want a studio sound quality.

I use neither.

This is what live is make a decision, doesn't turn out good learn from it. It's okay I I'm not super worried about $ right now. For this I am about to get my new apartment and was just looking to up my setup a tad bit with my headset being 4-5 years old.

I used Turtle Beach X12's for years, and then I switched to Astros because it was the hip thing to do.

I still use my Astros for my PS4, but ever since I switched to mainly pc gaming I bought a few headphones.

I use NVX XPT100's, DT770's, and HD558's occasionally, and I will never go back lol
