did you run them in safe mode though? and use eset online sacanner.
Do not use multiple AV's at once like you've already been told.

See that orange box at the top click that, your memory usage is at 100%.
So like they already stated satart killing and disabling processes/setrvices.
start > run > services.msc and ctrl + alt + delete > start up tab
